Desperate to solve the bizarre murder of a childhood friend, an undercover reporter (Halle Berry) creates several online aliases to lull the killer out of hiding. With her new identities in place, the nosy newswoman's Internet snooping leads her straight to the powerful CEO (Bruce Willis) of a major advertising agency.
Perfect Stranger might be the worst film of 2007. If it isn't, it's definitely in the team picture. Halle Berry is becoming a joke. Has an Oscar winning actress ever done less after winning the prestigious award? Although the plot is ridiculous, the film fails miserably because of Berry. Take away her performance in Monster's Ball, and I'm not convinced that she is a good actress. Jamie says "0".
James Foley directed this mess. Ironically, he directed 1992's Glengarry Glen Ross which is on my top ten list of all-time favorite films. Rent Glengarry today...you won't be disappointed.
