CRAZY HEART isn't a great film, its a good film with a great performance by Jeff Bridges. The film is a little slow but I enjoyed the country twang tunes and the great southwest landscapes portrayed in the film. Bridges in nominated for best actor for his portrayal of Bad Blake, a washed up country singer past his prime.

I have to say that I will not watch this movie now as I thought Jeff Bridges did not do justice to himself or his Oscar award. His awards speech was self-centered and had the attitude "it's about time". Very disappointed he did not thank his fellow nominees either for being included with that great group.
