This is the first entry to "Extra Butter Please". Being a huge movie fan and someone who is always willing to give an opinion regarding movies, I thought it would be cool to start my own blog.

To start the conversation rolling...here are a few of my opinions on movies: Starship Troopers is a far superior movie than any of the Star Wars movies.

Robin Williams, Whoopi Goldberg, Julia Roberts, & Cuba Gooding Jr. are all talentless hacks.

Dumb & Dumber is the funniest movie ever made.

Goodfellas is not as good as the first 2 Godfather movies, but it is difinately more entertaining.

That's it for now. My next entry will involve a mini review of the next movie that I see. I'm looking forward to seeing "Sin City" which is released this Friday.

Count me in! I am Jamie's friend... and yes, he is a complete moron ;)

I'm with ya on the Julia, Cuba, & Co. HOWEVER... Robin Williams? You are on the crack cocaine JD... He's high energy but by no means is he talentless. He has the ability to combine comedy and drama in a believable and apparantly effortless manner. That takes talent.

Not a mafia gal... that's my hubby. Also.. liked D&D the first time I saw it but not so much the 2nd and 3rd time.

Funniest movies? Meet the Parents, Drop Dead Gorgeous and Offic Space.

My favorite movies to date are Forrest Gump - see something new in it every time I watch it. And, Shawshank Redemption - have seen it about 15 times and I still get emotional. Any movie that has mulitple layers of meaning and continues to be entertaining are great with me.

Looking forward to "bloggin'" with ya!

Along with Dumb and Dumber as the funniest movies ever made are Blazing Saddles, Young Frankenstein, Caddyshack, and Airplane. They all get played on TV, but they get edited severely so you need to rent them to get the full effect.
Starship Troopers took two hours of my life I will never get back. The only decent contribution Neil Patrick Harris has made to movies is Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle.
I will be a regular visitor on the Jamie blog.
